this weekend few students from St. botvids new circus class and students from Dans högskolan are going to be part of a show with around 300 singers. Its going to be awesome !!!

We have been at botkyrka hallen to rehearse the show all day today , tomorrow is going to be the same but this time the singers will be there to rehearse with us to . We are going to have a run threw with public tomorrow .

Saturday is show time ! two shows, one at 16:00 and then the last one at 18:30.

Back in Sweden!

I just came home from France, this past week has been great ! what a motivation all this training has given me.

Thursday was are last day of training and we started of with handstand for about 40 min. then on to trampoline for one hour and then finishing are training week with 2 hours of hand to hand

We have learned some new moves to work on and some good exercises to get are hand to hand cleaner. I am totally beat right now and it feels good to have 2 days off now before going back to school and hard training, my body is so sore but it was all worth it .

Hand to hand in France!

Tove and I arrived to Paris on sunday afternoon and started of by going to my apartment in Paris to drop of the bags.We went to by some food for the week and rested the rest of the evening in the apartment.

Monday morning we left early to be at Rosny Circus school by 8:30, we started of by getting information about are week here in training and what we where going to do and work with, then we had 1 hour to work alone, so we stared of by meeting the first years of Rosny and getting encountered with them, Tove and i did some acrobatics to start of with then we worked a bit with hand to hand. That afternoon we had a Hand to hand lesson with a teether and an other par. Its was so fun ! We started of by doing some handstand, then the teether wanted to see how are acrobatics where, and then we stared of with hand to hand and doing a bunch of different exercises , finally after 2 hours of hand to hand are day was over and we where so tired.

Tuesday- We had the tuesday morning of from training and had some time to sleep in a bit, at 2 pm we stared of with hand to hand and went on with the exercises we where working on the day before and adding on with some other nice moves that we never had tried before, we had a great time working that day, we had 2 hours of hand to hand again , but the day was not over right after the hand to hand we had acrobatics, tove started with floor acrobatics while i was working on the trampoline with a teether. We had 2 hours of acrobatics.

Today- We started this wonderful day by waking up at 7 and i went down to the bakery to get some breed and some paint au chocolate :) then we left the apartment to go to the school, we hand hand to hand at 9. We worked some handstand and then went over to some static hand to hand and worked some exercises with that. Then we went over to some dynamic hand to hand, we where going to have 2 hours but we winded up having 3 hours of hand to hand ! I was exhausted after , my body was so tired, luckily we didn’t have any thing els after lunch so we finished of by having some flexibly and went in to town to have lunch at the famous Falafel Place in Saint Paul. After lunch we went for a small walk in town and came home to the apartment to take some chill time and watch kill bill . We fell asleep after the movie, now i am sitting at a café by my apartment and taking it easy.

Tomorrow is are last day of training at Rosny befor we come back to Stockholm on friday night. Tomorrow we are going to have handstand in the morning and then some acrobatics and finish are week here with some hand to hand.

Lilla melodifestivalen 2009.

Last thursday and Friday , Martin , Karin and I where at the Svt Studio to be part of Lilla melodifestivalen that is a singing competition for kids from 9 to 15 years old from all around Sweden. We where going to do 4 entrances with circus moves to come in on stage and give the results of the competition. I come in 51 min in to the show, then we come in at 1h17min.

In 3 weeks Tove and I are going to Paris to have some Circus training for 4 days , we are going to train hand to hand and handstand and acrobatics. I am so exited about it, we leave on te 25th and come home on the 30th.

We are going over there to see how the school of Ecole Nationale des Arts du Cirque de Rosny-sous-Bois is and if we are interested of auditioning to the school next year.

Mingle in Düsseldorf

We where 6 students from the high school that fallowed Cirkus Cirkör and there crew to Düsseldorf to mingle befor there exelent show Inside Out ! It was an honor to have gone there to help out, and it was great there , we had so much fun

For the last show we all decided to have mustaches for the last mingle.
